Orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We currently do not process orders on the weekends. All items in stock will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise notified. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with the expected date of delivery. Shop Opal Boutique ships all domestic and international orders via UPS insured. A signature is required for all domestic and international packages upon delivery. If you prefer to have your package shipped without the indirect signature requirement, please notify us in the notes area of your order. Please beware that Shop Opal Boutique will not reimburse or be liable for any packages that have been shipped without a signature requirement. Please contact UPS if your package shows it's been delivered but is not received. Shipping charges is subject to change due to weight/size and or destination of your shipment. If this occurs, you will be notified and billed to the account used to place your original order. If for any reason your shipment requires extra shipping charges due to weight/size or destination, you will be notified of these additional charges.
Additional information will be required for international orders. We may required a copy of a valid photo ID and a front and back photo of the credit card used via email. Your shipping and billing address should be identical. Shop Opal Boutique is not responsible or liable for any taxes or duties your package may incur when entering your country. You are also responsible for any return shipping, duties, taxes and associated fees if you refuse or abandon a shipment from Shop Opal Boutique.
