Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges on items that are regularly priced will be accepted as long as it has not been Worn, Washed, Altered, dry cleaned etc. All merchandise returned in unfavorable condition will not be be accepted, and will be sent back at customers expense. Must be received in original packaging, with a copy of the receipt and all original tags still in place. All items must be postmarked to the return address no later than 7 days from when it was delivered for a refund. Shopopal.com does not refund initial shipping charges or any charges incurred for returns and or exchanges. We encourage that you insure all items that are returned or exchanged. Shopopal.com will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to us.
Any items marked as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only..Any orders that received a promotional discount or free shipping due to their order total will not be able to get full refund or exchange if promotional target price is not still met. Cost of shipping or discount will be deducted from your return total..
- List the items and reason for the return
- Pack all items in secure box
- Write return authorization number (RA#)on the outside of the package

Final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Handbags, jewelry, under garments, swimwear, scarves and all other accessories cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
